In 2016, Patrick met a nice woman named Janice at a food show in Vermont. Patrick struck up a conversation and she said she made gourmet kale chips and was selling to a few stores in the region. About six months later, Patrick heard she wanted to retire and talked to his friend Tony in New York city about the company. They both began to buy and “eat” as many kale chip brands they could in Vermont, Manhattan and all points in between. They brought in Karla who is vegetarian to taste test in Boston. A few months after that, with the guidance of a very special being, TriAmigos LLC, making Vermont Kale Chips became. Our motto has been and will always be: “If you produce a quality tasty product ethically, the rest will take care of itself.” 


 

Vermont Kale Chips’ Mission is to nurture the growth of a strong healthy spirit in all people. When you make healthy food choices, you will feel better about yourself and your spirit will grow. So, stop, breathe, and know when you eat Vermont Kale Chips you are nourishing your spirit as well as your body.

On top of all that, need I say, they are delicious!
